Terms of Use
Effective date: April 3, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern use of the platform. By registering, accessing, or using the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify any unauthorized access. Accounts may be individual or institutional, and each account is responsible for activities performed with its credentials.
3. License to use
A limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to use the platform in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Sublicensing, reselling, reverse engineering, or interfering with service security is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, infringe third-party rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or manipulate metrics, subscriptions, or data integrity.
5. Content, data, and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited authorization to technically process data to provide the service. Software, design, trademarks, documentation, and platform components belong to their owners and are protected by internationally applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Plans, billing, and trial
Plans, pricing, trial periods, and renewal terms are disclosed at purchase. Charges, taxes, and currency depend on payment method and applicable jurisdiction. Features may be suspended for non-payment.
7. Service availability and changes
The platform is provided with commercially reasonable availability efforts, without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update features, security, and integrations to improve service or meet technical and regulatory requirements.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or specific outcomes. Total liability, in contract or tort, is limited to amounts effectively paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its operators from third-party claims arising from: (a) misuse of the service; (b) breach of these Terms; or (c) infringement of third-party rights by data or content submitted through your account.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. You may cancel your account at any time. Certain obligations (intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and legal retention) survive termination.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the service provider domicile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and public policy rules where applicable. Parties shall attempt good-faith resolution before court actions.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service evolution reasons. The current version is published with an effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
13. Contact
